DPMAkurier

Industrial property information by e-mail

DPMAkurier is an extended application, based on the official publication platforms of DPMApublikationen (for patents, utility models and designs) and DPMAregister (for trade marks).

DPMAkurier enables you to:

• subscribe to complete issues or parts of the electronic Patentblatt (the patent gazette), Markenblatt (the trade mark journal) and Geschmacksmusterblatt (the designs gazette) and
• monitor the changes in the legal status, whose publication is obligatory, by submitting file numbers. You can submit up to 50 file numbers of any type of IP right.

Furthermore, there are additional monitoring options, specifically introduced for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). You can receive automated e-mail messages for:

• up to 10 names of applicants or owners
• up to 50 full IPC symbols
• up to 10 classes of the Nice Classification
• up to 50 classes of the Locarno Classification

You receive an e-mail with the PDF files of the gazettes/journals requested and/or an e-mail which contains the legal status information or the result lists relating to specific names or classes to be monitored. The e-mail is provided on the respective publication day of the IP right.

DPMAkurier requires a first-time registration. The registration is necessary to enable us to send you the e-mail messages.

DPMAkurier is a free service of the DPMA.
