DPMApublikationen (for patents and utility models)

DPMApublikationen - Internet platform for official publications

Since January 2004, we have published our official publications regarding patents and utility models (Patentblatt (patent gazette) as well as patent and utility model documents) exclusively in electronic form via DPMApublikationen. These publications contain the newly published IP rights as well as legal status changes of the registered IP rights.

You can access data in two different versions:

• PDF version
  You can download the complete Patent Gazette and Designs Gazette. You can also view and print complete issues or separately view and print certain parts.
• Searchable version
  You can conduct searches for the bibliographic data and legal status data using the beginner, expert or assistant search modes and you obtain access to patent documents.

Until April 2009 and February 2010, respectively, it was also possible to access the trade mark journal and the designs gazette here. These journals and the legal status of trade marks and designs as well as images are now available via DPMAregister. It is planned to move also the publications of patents and utility models to DPMAregister in the medium term.
